At the heart of school improvement work is the partnership that exists to raise standards, provide challenge and support, and critically evaluate provision involving all stakeholders including pupils, parents, staff, governors, and the community. 

Awen Education uses coaching to work with staff to enable them to identify their strengths and forge a pathway forwards with their school improvement journey.

Learning walks and lesson observations can be undertaken along with senior leaders and subject leads. These would typically include evidence scrutiny to back up evaluations. This can be arranged to take place on the day or in advance.
